I've been loving all the outfits with matching separates that I've been seeing over the past year. Taylor Swift does this look so well! The best part about wearing matching separates is you don't have to think about what to put together! You get the ease of a dress with the look of a skirt and top! But unlike a dress you can put a different top with the skirt or a different bottom with the top! So many options!
I found this matching skirt and sweater set at Target a while back and waited until the after Thanksgiving for it to go on sale. I found the skirt in store but had to order the sweater on line but I got both pieces half off and free shipping!
I think this might be my first outfit ever on the blog where not one item came from a thrift store! Don't get used to it!
You may have noticed my subtle glow. I rubbed on a little faux tan today! My in-laws are taking us to Florida for Christmas so I had to get bathing suit ready! If you are curious, I use an amazing product called Fake Bake. It's a spray and it comes with this soft mitt that you use to rub it all in which makes it so super easy. I can even do my back with the help of the mitt! And best of all the color is totally natural and it doesn't stink!
I'm going to take the rest of the year off to enjoy my family and our vacation to Florida! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday!
