Cute Outfit of the Day: A Shirt of Many Colors

Missoni for Target top: thrift $5
Forever 21 faux leather skirt: thrift $4
necklace: Akira Chicago $5
purse: thrift $3
Nine West shoes: thrift $4
Total Cost: $21

I'm a huge Missoni fan probably because I love bright and crazy prints! So of course I had to have this top from the Missoni collection at Target when I found it at Goodwill! I love the colors but I knew I had to go pretty neutral with everything else to make it work. I think the obvious way to style this top would have been to pair it with a pair of dark flare leg jeans but I didn't want it to look like a 70's costume so I chose to pair it with some more modern and classic pieces like this pencil skirt and structured frame bag. Vintage but modern- that is definitely my style!

  1. Agreed! I really love the shoes. The add to the 70s vibe but don't turn it into a costume.
