I have a very wonderful friend who is a visual designer for a major department store. While her job is often very demanding it does come with some pretty nice perks. She gets first dibs at purchasing all the unneeded props from the store. The store's decor is constantly changing so everything from chairs to pillows to rugs to vases and bowls is sold off to the employees at dirt cheap prices!
Most recently my friend bought me these gorgeous Jonathan Alder vases:

The one on the right is the other one she gave me! She actually gave me two of these type! I bought the one on the left from West Elm.
I found this one at Goodwill to go with the others $2.99
And here is my neutral vase collection. The other 3 white ones are from Target. All of them were under $20 each.
I love them all and hope to acquire just a few more!
Awesome collection, your friend totally scored on the Adler vase...I'm sure at pennies compared to what it's really worth too...and that 2.99 goodwill piece is awesome...can't go wrong with thrift! Hope you enjoy an amazing weekend!
