Wedding Details

Here are some pictures from my best friends New Years Eve wedding. Some of you were curious about it. I was hesitant to show them because I'm not real happy with the quality of the shots. I really need a new camera! It does great outside but inside shots are very challenging. Well anyway, here are a few details:

I did Alicia's makeup which I was really happy with!
This is the birdcage veil she and her sister made- I think they need to start selling them online!
she wore my $5 fur jacket from Goodwill to stay warm before and after the ceremony!
 Alicia and Joshua!
They got married in an old mansion in Granville, Ohio. This is the room where they had the ceremony and then they set up tables after and made it into a dinning room for the reception.
I loved how they decorated the mantel with their initials. They got married right in front of it.
Instead of a guest book she make this cute little scrapbook for people to write messages in.
She made tons of these wine bottles wrapped in yarn to hold candles and flowers
she found two of these old frames in the trash and painted them and used them for the drink and dessert menus.
The dessert table. She made the picture on the wall too!
of course we had a champagne toast at midnight!
we sent them off just after the new year with sparklers!

It was an amazing wedding! The vows were all original and so personal. I felt really blessed to be a part of it and to have them both in my life! Can't wait till they get from Italy!
