Leggins are a pregos best friend! and jeggins and anything with stretch! I love this long top too! It's long enough to cover the bump and the bum. Add a pair of wedges because they are more comfy than heels and you've got a perfect pregnancy look or just a comfy chic look for anyone!
Oh my gosh! Not only does my body hurt so bad all the time now but I've started getting those horrific night time charlie horses that I guess are common during pregnancy. My calf has hurt for 2 days now. I woke up this morning and couldn't put any weight on my left leg until I did some stretches and massaged it for several minutes! Anyone know how to help with these? It seems like everything with pregnancy goes back to drinking enough water but I'm doing my best! Uggg! Thanks for listening to me complain!

It is so amazing and WEIRD to read your posts now - I just found out two weeks ago that I'm pregnant, too! First time mom, 5 weeks along. It's so incredibly surreal, even with the nausea setting in :).
ReplyDeleteAs far as charlie horses go, I've heard that flexing your foot so that it's flat can help. Also, if you feel you're struggling to get enough water, have you ever tried barley tea? No caffeine, and it's also got a lot of antioxidants and supposedly helps with upset stomach. The taste reminds me of weak black coffee, with a hint of earthy nuttiness. You might like it! Widely available in most Asian grocery stores. I'm a big fan of the stuff.
Wishing you a very healthy pregnancy, and WAY less aches and cramps!
bananas and extra calcium!!
ReplyDeleteFind an antenatal yoga class and continue the poses at home. Continue with your exercise routine and add in a gentle walk each day or every second day. End the day with a couple of yoga positions. Continue drinking water but change it up a bit and add some lemon slices, or some coconut water for a different taste.

Tylenol helps immensely
ReplyDeleteGreat look and I love your hair! I hear leggings are your best friend if you're pregnant. Congrats by the way! Would love to see you at my link up tomorrow!

Calcium and magnesium, a banana each day... I had a tough time with my son, but think of that beautiful child that is growing inside...SO worth every pain!
