Cute Outfit of the Day: Fall Trend Preview

It's not quite cool enough to wear this yet but I couldn't wait to show you my new blanket wrap coat! As I was thinking about being pregnant in the winter time, I wasn't thrilled about having to buy a maternity coat that I would wear for like 2 months so this blanket wrap was my solution. I would still be thrilled to thrift a maternity coat but I think between this, my new leather moto jacket worn open, and my looser army green parka coat I'll be covered... literally! Maybe I'll be so hot I won't even need to worry about a coat! 

 I first noticed blanket wraps last year on "it girls" like Olivia Palermo and Rosie Huntington- Whiteley and fell in love!  I love the rich colors and the patchwork design but Burberry is not really in my budget so I was super thrilled to find this similar one on romwe.com at such an affordable cost! It's so warm and cozy and I think they still have it available too!

    I just bought a similar wrap/poncho and I am wearing it today actually. I wore mine over a dress also. You will see it tomorrow on the blog. This outfit is fantastic for Fall. Love the dress, boots and tassel necklace too, but of course the wrap poncho is my favorite. Congratulations on the baby boy to come, also!

    The colours of the blanket wrap are wonderful and will go with so many things. A great idea instead of a maternity coat and will last alot longer. Love the red against the purple dress.
