No, I don't have dandruff! It's snow! This is what out neighborhood looked like yesterday. Depressing, I know. So I'm fighting the weather in my super bright floral outfit!

    This outfit is so happy! I love it... The tights are great! And I have boots very similiar. ( Haven't worn them, yet tho)
