As promised, here is a peak into our house all decked out for Christmas!
I took away a few items and added my white nativity pieces and my new Believe sign. Decluttering before you decorate is a really good idea! Another tip for your holiday decorating is that nativity scene pieces don't always have to be displayed right next to one another. I put some of the pieces on one shelf and some on another and since they are still in the same area it still works!
Our tree- it's real! I use my IKEA sheepy rugs as a tree skirt. All of the ornaments on our tree have some sort of special meaning. They are from places we've been, or to commemorate something we've done. It's almost more of a memory tree rather than a Christmas tree!
Dear Santa...
I made this swag out of the branches we cut off the tree.
Since we don't have a fireplace this seems like the best place for the stockings. Yes, our cat has a stocking!
My S'mors men collection
My new trees from Target
I added some pops of red decor in the bathroom
Yay! All ready for Christmas! I had so much fun decorating! It really put me in the Christmas spirit this year!

The typewritter idea is clever!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Your home is so beautifully decorated :)
ReplyDeleteYour home is beautiful. I just have a tree up. We have too many remodeling projects going on right now to do any real decorating for the holidays. But next year I'm going ALL OUT! :)
