Thrifty Finds Friday: My Top Ten Favorite Finds Ever!

This was a very rare week. I guess I was busy and so I have no new thrift store finds for you. So sad, I know! BUT, I thought I'd show you some of my favorite finds of all time instead! People ask me all the time about my best finds so here you go!
My Pendelton jacket I found a few years ago at the Polaris Goodwill. I think I paid about $4 for it. It's an amazing classic! I'm sure I'll have it forever!
I got this gorgeous vintage dress over 4 years ago from about $5. I just feel so pretty whenever I wear it! This is definitely another item I will keep forever!
My Pierre Cardin belt I got several years ago for $2! It may seem simple but I wear it all the time- mostly over dresses or skirts. If you are not familiar with Pierre Cardin you should Google him- he was a great designer!
This is my vintage dress coat I got for only $4 at Volunteers of America thrift store several years ago! It is actually a kids coat but it fits me so well! I always feel so luxurious when I wear it and it's one of my hubby's favorite things too!
My vintage Ferragamo flats that I got for only $4 a piece! These are the three pairs I've kept but I've probably found about 7-8 pairs through the years! They retail for about $600 new. I'm not sure who in Columbus, Ohio keeps getting rid of these but I'd like to thanks them!
My campaign dresser is probably the best thing I've ever got from a thrift store! It was only $20 from the Goodwill on Morse Rd. I got it right when we bought our first house almost 5 years ago and it will be in my house wherever I may live forever! I love it so much!
I got these gorgeous vintage leather boots for a buck! I spent $12 on new heel caps and they have definitely been my most worn item every fall/winter for years! They are super comfy and as I found out this past winter- the spike heels are great for walking on ice!

I have found a lot of amazing designer items over the years but this Milly dress is one of the most expensive items I've ever found (besides my Ferragamos). I was able to sell it on eBay for a $200 profit!

It's not easy to find a vintage leather jacket in perfect condition for only $25 that's why this jacket makes the list! It was unfortunately too big for me so I sold it.
My Chanel scarf I got at the Polaris Goodwill for only $2! I checked online and I'm pretty sure it is real Chanel! I could tell it was authentic just by the material though! It is the softest silkiest material I've ever felt! I was going to sell it but I thought I deserved to have something nice!

This was so hard to only pick 10! I may have to do this again!

I've got some great items for sale on eBay right now! Just click on SHOP MY CLOSET at the top of my blog! Have a great weekend!

  3. The leather jacket and scarf are amazing! That dresser was also a great find. I'm always leery of thrifting furniture. Do you have any tips on that?

  5. These are some truly great finds! I LOVE the pendleton jacket. Definitely a keeper. And that is a gorgeous and timeless dresser. I found a Chanel scarf recently too, at a thrift in Hawaii for 3.99 when I was on vacation!

  8. I'm absolutely drooling over those teal and green dresses. And those Ferragamos! I often find them but they're always SUPER narrow and overpriced. xo Jaime https://redvelvetcreative.wordpress.com/
