My Best Dressed Oscar Picks

I got to baby sit my 3 year old niece today which I love but didn't leave much time for an outfit post so I thought I'd share with you my top picks from last nights Oscar awards! I'll be honest I didn't actually watch the show but I did watch the E! red carpet special. The fashion is all I really care about!

  My top pick is Lupita Nyong'o in Prada

Lupita is the new girl on the block and she's dressing like a vet! I have loved everything she's been wearing this awards season! I was so happy to see her in this color because she looks amazing in pastels! The headband was perfection as well!

  Charlize Theron in Christian Dior

This dress has so many details that make it unique but not over the top. I love the clear straps and the sheer overlay on the skirt. The whole silhouette is just gorgeous! She was one of my favorites last year as well in that structured white Christian Dior gown. My advice for Charlize- stick with Dior- it's obviously working for you!

  Kate Hudson in Versace

Absolutely gorgeous! I'm not sure what else to say- this look left me speechless. I think I have a girl crush!

 I also loved Naomi Watt's whole look but especially her accessories! Her necklace and clutch both feature modern geometric designs that I though was an unexpected but perfect choice with her Calvin Klein gown.
