ReplyDeleteI have the dress with navy top/pink ruffle skirt bottom from Target (paid a lot more than 4.99 though) and still love it - it was a good buy 2 years ago I think. It is one of my most comfortable dresses, and therefore a staple for me on hot, humid summer days when I want to wear something cute for work, but don't want to worry about some fabrics feeling yucky in heat, and sweating - I have washed this in the machine and hung it to dry and the pleats and everything came out perfectly.
