Styling a Star

I recently had the privilege of styling musician Heather Evans for her music video and latest EP, Out of The Woods! Heather is a super talented singer/songwriter so if you've never heard her music you need to check her out here:  http://www.reverbnation.com/heatherevans

My favorite thing about Heather is that she uses her music to try to bring justice into our corrupt world. She’s performed countless benefit shows and has worked hard to bring awareness to human trafficking. Did you know that human trafficking affects as many as 300,000 women and children in the U.S. each year?

I love what one music expert had to say about Heather-" One doesn't spend much time with Evans before they are struck by her immense faith. Her music doesn't shy from life's issues, however. Her lyrics are full of searching and yearning."

Heather wanted her album and her video to have an innocent, girly, vintage vibe to it. So here are some of the looks that I put together for her (all from the thrift store, of course!)

Heather will be releasing her latest EP "Out of the Woods"
on Saturday October 6th at 7pm
at Woodlands Tavern in Columbus, Ohio
